Refund \ Replacement Policy

We accept returns\replacement under the following conditions:

1. If the product is damaged, while receiving.

2. If a wrong product is delivered.


We do not accept the return\replacement for the following:

1. Sweets

2. If the product is altered/used.

3. Returned attempted without original packaging.


To be eligible for a refund\replacement, please make sure that:

  • The product is in its original packaging
  • Pictures of the damaged product and the outer packing from all angles.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Note on the POD(Proof of Delivery) with the comment that a damaged shipment has been delivered.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for refund\replacement.
Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and photos along with a note indicating you want to exchange the product to info mail.
